Located in the very southern section of the county near St. Petersburg Beach giving access to the shipping channel, Egmont Key and the South Shore of Tampa Bay.  I fish as far south as Anna Maria and Longboat Key.

The Little Manatee River is a forgotten section of Tampa Bay with small bays and islands where Redfish and Snook patrol the shallows.  This fishery is excellent in the winter months as the water clears and sight fishing opportunities abound.

Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Dunedin,  Ozona, Tarpon Springs offers pristine grass flats and  convenient access to all the northern and central parts of the county

Weedon Island, Gandy and Safety Harbor are considered Upper Tampa Bay and are excellent Redfish sight fishing locales during the cooler months when the water is clear.

Florida offers a number of unique environments and I often travel to areas around the state on destination trips. If you have a place that you want to fish I have likely been there and may be organizing an excursion there soon.

Living in the Tampa Bay area my entire life I have been a Tampa Bay fly fishing guide for over 30 years.  I have been fishing all over the Tampa Bay area and know the whole ecosystem well.  I fish the areas of Tarpon Springs, Ozona, Dunedin, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, Safety Harbor, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Ruskin, Little Mantee River, Manatee River, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Longboat Key, Sarasota, Fort Desoto Park, St. Petersburg Beach, Passagrille, nearshore waters of the Gulf of Mexico and all of Upper Tampa Bay.  I offer fishing charters using Fly rods and light tackle spinning rods with artificial lures.  I also offer photography and sight seeing trips including island hopping an sunset cruises.
